Webase Solutions is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, presenting our services, and driving sales efforts to secure new business opportunities. Responsibilities
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, ensuring responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Develop and implement the Sales & Marketing Development Strategy for the Organization for Top Line Growth.
• Direct, Co-ordinate, and supervise the Sales force to ensure the Sales Target.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results to management.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Support sales strategy through teleselling, setting appointments for demos, and digital data mining.
• Generate leads for new customers and onboard new sales areas/outlets.
• Set up meetings with potential clients to listen to their needs and concerns.
• Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints or objections effectively.
• Report daily and monthly performance according to company policy.
• Generate sales leads (prospects).
• Engage in post-sales activities to ensure a positive customer experience.
